I'm sorry you're so blue. I have suffered from depression all my life and if there is the slightest bit of stress or difficulties, I have a tendency to sink really fast. I understand what it's like to not be feeling your best.
I hope I didn't sound uncompassionate saying happiness is a choice. It's mostly the sermon I preach to myself all day long. LOL
Seems like there was something more interesting I was going to say, but I forgot it. LOL I gotta run and cut up fat quarters. Yippee.
